We are confident the Student Residence München-Süd is an outstanding choice for students attending our German language courses in Munich. The residence offers modern, fully furnished single rooms of approximately 18 m² — each with a private en-suite bathroom, kitchenette, dedicated desk, and free Wi-Fi — giving students the privacy and comfort they need to focus entirely on their studies.
Beyond the rooms themselves, the residence comes with an impressive range of on-site amenities: a fitness studio,beach volleyball court, basketball hoops, billiards, foosball, table tennis, and communal lounges with a video wall — everything students need to unwind and connect with fellow international participants after class.
A real highlight: breakfast and dinner are included Monday to Friday at the on-site cafeteria, at no extra cost to students (note, during closure period of the cafeteria the meal option is not available, closures are announced by the house on site). A vegetarian option is always available. Additionally the residence offers an activity program that students can join and meet other residents.
The residence is located at Forstenrieder Allee 109, 81476 München, with excellent public transport links putting Munich city centre within easy reach. The journey to the did deutsch-institut München takes approximately 30 minutes.
