We are please to offer a new residence in Berlin. From 1st April 2025 the new Student Residence (Home in Berlin) will fully replace our current residence (Smartments Berlin).
Student currently booked to Student Residence Smartments will be reassigned to our new partner residence, which offers the same standard and extra benefits (such as in-room Television). Of course we are happy to confirm, that there will be no price increase for lomg stays in 2025 for the new residence on offer.
The new accommodation address is Alfred-Jung-Straße 12-14 in 10369 Berlin. It is well connected via direct Tram M8 (35 minutes).
IMPORTANT: Students staying in one of the residences on 31st March – 1st April 2025 will be provided a free transfer to the new residence for check in. We apologize for the inconveniences, however the new concept of Student Residence Smartments and increased rates in 2025 did not meet the needs of our students.
