We are pleased to confirm that from 1 February 2026, we will be returning to the original student residence that many of you know and value. We strongly believe this is the best option for our students and are confident that it will provide a familiar, comfortable, and reliable living environment (know as Smartments and now rebranded to Felixx Student Living).
Student currently booked to Student Residence Home in Berlin will be reassigned to our new partner residence, which offers the same standard. Some rooms will remain available at the Home in Berlin residence throughout 2026. Prices will remain stable.
The new accommodation address is Kaiserin-Augusta-Allee 4 in 10553 Berlin and our school can be reached within 30 minutes (via Bus 245).
IMPORTANT: Students required to move between 31 January 2026 and 1 February 2026 will be informed directly and provided a free transfer to the new residence for check in. We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience caused by these changes and would like to thank you for your understanding and flexibility. Our priority remains providing high-quality accommodation for our students.
