On occassion of the ICEF Berlin Workshop, we are thrilled to announce our exclusive 2024 Fam Trip in partnership with a&o Hostels. This immersive and dynamic tour offers a unique opportunity to explore our language schools in Munich, Frankfurt, and Berlin, along with our exciting summer camps hosted at a&o Hostels. We would be delighted to have you join us on this journey to experience the best of what did deutsch-institut has to offer.

Program

Please note that the Fam Trip ends on Saturday 2nd November. Your room is booked till 3rd November. If you plan to stay for the ICEF Berlin Workshop, you may continue with the accommodation provided by ICEF on Sunday, 3rd November.

As soon as you are accepted, you will get a short confirmation from us. Please do not make any flight reservations before receiving a final confirmation from our side. Confirmations will be provided till September 23, 2024.

Participation contribution for agents, who have successfully enrolled students since January 2023
• Single room (one person) - 0,00 € (free participation)
• Double room (two persons) - 100,00 € supplement (one-time)

Participation contribution for agents, who have not enrolled students since January 2023
• Single room (one person) - 150,00 €
• Double room (two persons) - 125,00 € per person

Cancellation fees
ln case of a participation cancellation 21 days before the event a handling fee of 100,00 € applies.
ln case of a participation cancellation 1 to 20 days before the event the full contribution applies if no substitute is found.

Included
3 nights accommodation at a&o; meals as listed; transportation between the cities starting in Frankfurt and ending in Berlin.
