We are excited to introduce our updated pricelist, which includes a few important changes that will come into effect soon. Please find below the key updates:

GERMAN COURSES FOR ADULTS (DOWNLOAD PDF PRICELIST 2025)

1. New Enrollment Fee for Standard, Intensive and Premium Courses

• Starting from 1st November 2024, all bookings for 2025 will be subject to a new enrollment fee of 50 € per student.
• A special discount applies for agents, who will only pay 25 € per student (50% discount).

2. New City Tax (tourism contribution) in Berlin

• A city tax of 5% on the accommodation fee will be implemented for Berlin.
• This tax applies to stays in Student Residences and Youth Hotels in Berlin.
• The city tax will be collected on invoices for all stays up to 3 weeks. For stays exceeding 3 weeks, the tax will only be charged for the first 3 weeks.
• No city tax will be charged for accommodation bookings of 26 weeks or more.
• Host families/homes are required to collect the city tax directly from the student (the maximum charged by the host is 14 € per week up to 3 weeks)

3. Updated Pricing for Student Residences

• Student Residences will now have a new pricing structure based on the length of stay including 4 pricing steps
• A new Student Residence will be offered in Berlin as from April 1st 2025, more details to follow

4. Great News: No Changes to Course Fees and Family Accommodation Fees

• The course fees for Standard, Intensive, and Premium Courses will remain the same.
• The accommodation fees for Homestay Options will remain the same

GERMAN COURSES FOR JUNIORS (DOWNLOAD PDF PRICELIST 2025)

1. Program Updates in Oberwesel

• Oberwesel is now available for the age groups 8 - 14 years
• It includes an absolute beginners date on 29.06.2025
• It is now possible to book 1 week in Oberwesel, offering customers more flexibility!

2. New City Tax (tourism contribution) in Berlin & Frankfurt

• Please note that a city tax of €14 per week will now be charged for stays in Berlin-Park and Frankfurt:

  • Berlin-Park: The tax is capped at 42 € (for a maximum of 3 weeks).
  • Frankfurt: The tax of €14 per week applies to the entire duration of your stay.
  • Kindly note, school groups are exempt from this tax (proof of status required). However, the tax will still apply to accompanying teachers.

3. Höchst not offered in 2025

• Please be advised that the Höchst (Odenwald) program will not be available in 2025.
• The age group 8-14 years has been transitioned to the Oberwesel program.
• We encourage you to update your materials accordingly. The Höchst program may return in 2026.
